There was something different at Maison Playcourt, Bintaro, this past Sunday, September 14, 2025. napocut collaborated with Indonesia Muslim Women (IMW) to present a sports event titled Sakinah Extracurricular: Padel with Purpose.
nicePeople, are you already familiar with Indonesia Muslim Women? IMW is a platform with a mission to connect, empower, and support Muslim women to continue growing based on Islamic spiritual values.
This shared vision is what finally brought napocut and IMW together, agreeing to host an event that was not just exciting, but also full of meaning.
Can Padel Be More Than Just a Sport?
Padel has recently become a rising sport trend. But for napocut and IMW, Padel with Purpose was more than just following a trend.
Here, Muslim women were invited to recharge their energy, strengthen their sisterhood, and express gratitude to Allah through active movement.
The atmosphere was warm, intimate, and full of laughter. Many stories were woven on the court, from new introductions and light chats about health to sharing life experiences. All of that really made the sisterhood vibes felt, you know.
What Made This Event Different?
The event started with a Casual Talkshow on Wellness with napocut Founder and Chief Production Officer, Zada Amanda and Co-founder of Indonesia Muslim Women (IMW), Arninta Puspitasari. From this casual chat, participants gained insights into the importance of maintaining life balance through a healthy and mindful lifestyle.
After that, it was time to move! For three hours, participants had fun playing padel in an Americano format on two courts simultaneously. Don't imagine a competitive atmosphere; instead, it was all about having fun while learning new techniques.
Besides sports, there was also a Barakah Culture Cards Activity session that helped participants get closer to one another, followed by a networking session.
How Was It Playing Padel Wearing EasyOn?
Every participant who registered for Padel with Purpose received a package containing a ball, racket, snacks, a goodie bag, and one special item, the EasyOn Geya Long Sport Hijab from napocut. This hijab was worn immediately during play, so nicePeople could experience the comfort of EasyOn firsthand amidst the activity on the court.
Many were trying a sport hijab from napocut for the first time, and their impressions were very positive. Here are some stories we heard on the field:
“At first, I thought it would feel heavy because it’s worn over clothes, but it turns out it’s very light. It’s great for playing padel which involves lots of side-to-side movement, it doesn't make me hot, and it’s very comfortable because the hijab doesn’t pull on my face.”
“The fabric is soft, there is an anti-slip part on the forehead so the hijab stays neat and steady even when used for running around the court.”
“I’ve tried it not just for padel, but also for pilates. It feels great and I think it could also be worn for other sports like tennis.”
Hearing these honest reviews from nicePeople who tried it directly on the field makes us at napocut feel grateful and even more enthusiastic to continue presenting sportswear that supports the activities of active Muslim women.
Interestingly, not everyone came as a first-timer. There were also some who already owned their own EasyOn collection and wore them while playing padel yesterday.
Some appeared elegant in EasyOn Freya Sport Hijab, some looked sleek with EasyOn Alba Long Sleeve, and some even mixed and matched with the EasyOn Kaia Legging Skirt.
The appearance of nicePeople on the court was very diverse, because everyone has their own style but can still move freely without worry.
