Coverage

napocut ships to all regions within the Republic of Indonesia. International shipping is currently unavailable.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is available for all orders with a maximum subsidy of IDR 20,000. Any shipping cost exceeding this subsidy will be covered by the buyer and automatically calculated at the checkout page.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Jabodetabek: 1–2 business days

  • Java Island: 2–4 business days

  • Sumatra, Kalimantan, Sulawesi: 3–5 business days

  • Bali, NTB, NTT, Maluku, Papua: 4–7 business days

Note: The estimated time above is calculated from the moment the order is processed and shipped. Orders placed before 14:00 WIB will be processed on the same day.

Courier Services

  • Standard Courier: JNE, J&T Express, SiCepat, Anteraja, Ninja Xpress, POS Indonesia.

  • In-City Instant Delivery (when available): GoSend, GrabExpress, Lalamove.

Tracking

Once your package is shipped, a tracking number (resi) will be automatically sent to your email and WhatsApp. You can also check your delivery status on the Account > Orders page.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Care within 7 days of the estimated delivery date or receipt. Please provide your order number, tracking number, and supporting documentation (photos/videos) if available.
