Free shipping across Indonesia
Valid for all orders — no minimum purchase required. Maximum subsidy of IDR 20,000 per order. Any shipping costs exceeding the subsidy will be borne by the buyer. Automatically applied at the checkout page.
Courier services
You can select your preferred courier at the checkout page: JNE (REG, YES, OKE), J&T Express (Reguler, EZ), SiCepat (Reguler, BEST), Anteraja, Ninja Xpress, and POS Indonesia. For instant delivery within the city: GoSend, GrabExpress, Lalamove (when available).
Estimated delivery times
- Jabodetabek: 1–2 business days
- Java: 2–4 business days
- Sumatra, Kalimantan, Sulawesi: 3–5 business days
- Bali, NTB, NTT, Maluku, Papua: 4–7 business days
Orders placed before 14:00 WIB are processed on the same day. Orders placed after 14:00 will be processed the following business day.
Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp. Track your delivery progress directly from the Account > Orders page or via the courier's website.
